Field emission transmission electron microscope (FE-TEM(JEM-2200FS)
EM-2200FS is an analytical electron microscope with a field emission electron gun as a light source and an Ω-type incolumn energy filter.
The filter work of this device enables not only elemental analysis of samples but also analysis of their chemical bonding states.
Zero-loss filter images and energy-selective images provide information according to the purpose of observation.
