Sample horizontal type strong X-ray diffractometer RINT-TTR III
The RINT-UltimaIII is the top-of-the-line model of Rigaku X-ray diffractometers, maintaining the multifunctionality of the RINT-UltimaIII but upgrading the X-ray source to a powerful rotating cathode type X-ray source. The RINT-UltimaIII can be easily switched from the general measurement of powder and thin-film materials to in-situ measurement in different temperature and humidity atmospheres, the small-angle measurement for the particle size distribution of low-k films, and the in-plane measurement for evaluation of thin-film samples of a few nm, etc., depending on the sample, measurement technique, and purpose.
