ICP emission spectrometer

Model
ICP発光分光分析計
Manufacturer
SPECTRO
Specification
SPECTRO BLUE, SPECTRO. Was installed in 2012.A solution sample is sprayed into a high-temperature argon plasma to convert the target element into neutral atoms or ions, which are further excited. Excited atoms and ions emit light when they return to a lower energy level. The element is identified from its wavelength, and the content of the element is determined from its intensity. This device uses the Paschenrunge optical system and a semiconductor detector to simultaneously observe the emission line spectra of multiple elements.Simultaneous quantification of multiple elements can be performed accurately at concentrations of up to ppb (10-9).
