Overview

We accelerate hydrogen, helium, and other particles using an accelerating voltage of 2.5MV to perform elemental analysis measurements (RBS, PIXE), ion irradiation, and basic research in atomic and molecular physics. We also have the capability to perform elemental analysis measurements (PIXE) under atmospheric pressure.
